At Saddle Store, we strive to ensure you receive the right product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Wrong Size? Wrong Color? No problem!

  • If you have ordered the wrong size or color, you can request a replacement.

  • In such cases, return shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong product, size, or color delivered),
    👉 We will cover both return and re-shipping charges (up to the shipping amount charged at the time of purchase).

📦 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A processing fee of 5%–10% (depending on payment gateway charges) will be deducted during refunds.

  • Refund will be initiated only after the product is received and inspected at our store.

✅ We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.
❌ Throttlers Yard is not responsible for lost return shipments.
❌ COD returns will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, we will:

    • Ship the replacement product OR

    • Process a partial/full refund, depending on the case

  • For prepaid orders, a 5% deduction will be applied (payment gateway fee).

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your bank account.

❌ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

1) If Order is NOT shipped:

  • Up to 10% deduction (payment gateway fee) will be applied

2) If Order is already shipped:

  • Up to 15% deduction will be applied

  • Only the product cost will be refunded

  • Refund will begin after the product is returned to our store

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Any item that has been used, installed, or taken for a ride will be considered used and not eligible for return/exchange

  • Items with signs of use (scratches, dirt, smell, damage, etc.) will not be accepted

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable

  • Returns must include:

    • Original tags

    • Proper packaging

    • Outer shipping box (do not use product box as shipping box)

🎟 Store Credit

  • After inspection, store credit may be issued if applicable

  • If you don’t have an account, you may need to create one to receive store credit

🛠 Warranty & Defects

  • Warranty is provided by the product manufacturer/importer, not Throttlers Yard

  • We are happy to assist you with warranty claims

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear or misuse

⚠️ Pricing Disclaimer

In case of any pricing error on the website, Throttlers Yard reserves the right to:

  • Process the order with correct pricing (with customer confirmation), or

  • Cancel the order
